A 16 year old food runner named Chase met the first chef who truly believed in his work, Ivan. What started as mentorship quickly became a lasting friendship built on respect, hard work, and a shared love for providing positive experiences.

While Chase went on to study business, Ivan continued refining his culinary craft in elite kitchens such as Craftwork, Adachi, and Tigerlily and even as their careers took different paths, they stayed connected by the same belief, that powerful food and genuine service have the power to make people smile.

Years later, during a casual conversation about the future, the idea for was born.
